ロッカーカバー左右ガスケットセット＆スパークプラグ穴シール
６個セット

日産純正部品では、スパークプラグ回りのシールのみは販売してないようなので、アメリカよりＯＥＭ品を取り寄せた物になります。

ＶＱ３５ＤＥエンジンは、スパークプラグホールにエンジンオイルが侵入して、失火する不具合の多いエンジンです。

国内では、ロッカーカバーパネルＡｓｓｙでないと、このシールは入手出来ないそうです。

実際に作業を行いましたので、手順を簡単に説明致します。

　　１．バッテリーのマイナス端子を外す
　　２．エアクリーナーダクトを取り外す
　　３．インマニ等をごっそり取り外す
　　４．邪魔になる配線をなるべく移動させる
　　５．イグニッションコイルを取り外す
　　６．ロッカーカバーを取り外して洗浄する
　　７．スパークプラグホールのシールを、金切りハサミ、
　　　　ニッパー、ラジオペンチなどを使って結構強引に
　　　　取り外す
　　８．新しいシールに液体ガスケットを塗布して、脱脂した
　　　　スパークプラグホールに、はめ込む
　　　　　　注）シールの上下の向きを間違えないようにする事！
　　９．液体ガスケットが固まった事を確認する。エンジンに
　　　　ロッカーカバーを取付しやすくする為、シール内側の
　　　　インナー部分にシリコングリース又はラバーグリースを
　　　　塗布しておく
　１０．ロッカーカバー本体を組み付ける
　　　　　　注）この時スパークプラグシールがそこそこ
　　　　　　　　きついので、力を入れて押し込む事！
